Review, Nick is a decent chap who isn’t a shark selling dodgy cars. He works hard to turn the cars out well. I have bought a BMW which runs sweetly., has low miles and the paint is very good. Engine is very sweet and gearbox is good. Clutch is good, very slight whine on thrust bearing. Very long Car Warranty which puts any fears to sleep.

From FaceTime videos of the vehicle, addition photos, taking time to learn all the internal workings from the previous owner so he could explain them all to me. First class experience. I bought the car at a reasonable price, however the management light came on and when things like this happen you have all sorts of things going through your mind. My dealings with Nic to sort this problem out was hassle free from start to finish. I recommend buying from Nic as the after service is by far the best I’ve had in a long time.

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage from Nick at Cars Direct 2 U and I can’t praise his customer service highly enough. He produced a video viewing recording for me the morning after I had made an initial enquiry. I was then able to visit to view and test drive the car in person soon after. His ‘showroom’ in a barn on his family farm is clean and tidy and all his paperwork incredibly well organised. I would have driven the car home there and then but an unforeseen issue arose with the ignition lock/key ! . Nick resolved this and then delivered the car to my home, over an hour’s drive away, 2 days later. It was spotlessly clean and running perfectly and I’m delighted with my purchase.

I have bought many 2nd hand cars in my time but have never experienced Rolls Royce service like this. We purchased a £2.5k vehicle for my daughter's first car. Nick arranged a viewing outside of normal working hours for us which we attended. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Nick walked us through every small problem with the car (there weren't many) and then took us for a test drive. Before we picked up the car Nick arranged a Pre-Delivery Inspection with a 3rd party garage to ensure that everything was as it should be. Not only that, but the car came with a 6 month warranty. If we're ever in the market for a second hand car we would be more than happy to travel the distance to buy from this seller. Highly recommended.
